Refund Policy

1. Removal Services

  • Deposits: To secure your booking date, a deposit will be required. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your removal service within 7 days of the scheduled date.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your removal service more than 7 days before the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus a [e.g., £25] administration fee.

  • Postponements: If you need to postpone your removal date, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. If we are unable to accommodate your new date, the cancellation policy will apply.

  • Service Issues: If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the removal. We will investigate the issue and may offer a partial or full refund, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

2. Self-Storage Services

  • Rental Fees: Storage fees are paid in advance on a monthly basis. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a rental period.

  • Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit is required at the start of your storage rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of the termination of your agreement, provided the unit is left clean, undamaged, and all outstanding fees have been paid.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your storage rental, you must provide us with at least 14 days' written notice.

3. General

  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days.
